With the FineCom Systems returns portal, we solve several problems in the modern world of returns processing. On the one hand, your end customer has to take action themselves and no longer receives the returns label and returns slip on a silver platter. On the other hand, our returns portal raises the returns handling process to a fully digital technical level and offers the end customer transparent and simple returns handling.

Our returns portal is fully integrated into our technical processes. With just two unique details from their order (e.g. order number and postcode), your end customer can call up their order and return all or part of their goods. A returns notification is also sent to FineCom immediately in the portal via the connected carriers and the end customer receives a QR code with which they can send their parcel back to us.

Simple Onboarding

If you are already a FineCom logistics customer, integrating the returns portal is quick and easy. After defining a few rules, integrating your carrier account and the valid reasons for returns per sales channel, you’re ready to go! The returns portal is published and a returns link is defined, which can be presented to your end customer either by email or as a QR code on the delivery note or invoice.

Support and Reporting

In addition to the integration, support and operation of the FineCom Systems returns portal, we can of course also provide support for the portal on request and take care of your end customers’ concerns. In addition to quantitative analyses of returns processing, we are also able to provide detailed reporting on content, quantities, transfer times and processing statuses.
