General Terms and Conditions
A) “Our claims against certain buyers are assigned in advance to BFS finance GmbH, Verl. Payments can only be made to BFS finance GmbH with debt relief. The bank details can be found in the note area on the invoice.”
B) “The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment of all outstanding claims of Alt FineCom Finishing eCommerce Logistics GmbH. The debtor is then authorised to resell the goods; claims for payment of the purchase price arising from the resale are hereby assigned to us. If a current account relationship exists between Alt FineCom Finishing eCommerce Logistics GmbH and the customer in accordance with § 355 HGB, the advance assignment also refers to on the recognised balance. Any processing or alteration of the object of sale by The debtor is always made for us. If the purchased item is combined with other processed or combined with objects that do not belong to us, then we acquire the co-ownership of the new object in the ratio of the value of the purchased object to the other processed items at the time of processing. If the object of purchase mixed with other objects don’t belong to us, we shall acquire the co-ownership of the new item in the ratio of the value of the purchased item to the other mixed object at the time of mixing. F) “We are entitled to assign the claims arising from our business relationship.”
