From Corporate IT to your own Service Department
A new department was formed in mid-2023 from a purely internal company IT department for monitoring, supporting and managing internal systems and projects. As a separate service department, FineCom Systems is not only the point of contact for internal issues relating to FineCom’s logistics IT business, but also has the right vision to offer customers and interested parties the right service for the entire business environment.
We are the point of contact for our customers in complex projects, supervise the design and implementation of modern integrations and are always on hand with help and advice. With our focus on interface technology, we are able to enable systems to communicate with each other, handle important data transfers professionally and bring the loose ends to a common meeting point. In addition to this service, we offer consulting and design services for neighbouring systems, provide support with data controlling and, if required, also set up customer-specific helpdesk systems in which we provide administrative or consulting support.
